PATIENT SCHEDULING

1. SCHEDULE A DENTAL SEDATION APPOINTMENT (via our calendar): Please click on the Dental Anesthesia option below. Under the Service column choose the length of appointment you need between 1 HR and 6 HR. and click Book Now. The cost to make any booking requires a $515 deposit. Next, using the calendar choose the next available date and start time you would like. Fill in all the required patient information and click Continue. Next, enter the Office, Doctor, Procedure, and Length and click Continue. Please review the booking date/time and if it is correct then enter the credit card information and click Submit. The anesthesia intake forms link will be sent immediately to the patients email to be completed. Please ensure the patient knows to fill out those forms immediately in order to ensure a smooth process.

2. MAKE A PAYMENT: In order to make a payment in full (for select offices) or a manual anesthesia deposit, please first click on the Dental Anesthesia option below. Next, scroll down to the Packages section and choose the appropriate length of procedure and the corresponding price. Next, fill in the patient’s Name, Email, DOB, and Phone Number and click Continue. Next, enter the Office, Doctor, Procedure, and Length sections and click Continue. Finally, enter the credit card information and click Submit. The anesthesia Intake Forms link will be sent immediately to the patients email to be completed. Please ensure the patient knows to fill out these forms immediately in order to ensure a smooth process.

3. REGISTER A PATIENT (only for offices that make payments directly): First, click on the Dental Anesthesia option below. Next scroll all the way to the bottom of the list of options and choose the Dental Patient Registration option and click Sign Up. Follow all the steps to get the patient registered in our system and to send them the link to complete the Anesthesia Intake Forms. No payment is needed, but a credit card is required to be on file.
